It’s almost been a year since Elder Scrolls Online was meant to be released onto Xbox One and PlayStation 4 consoles. The games release seemed to get pushed back month after month until we just completely stopped hearing anything about the MMORPG at all. Well now we actually have a new release date – 9th June 2015, though whether Bethesda will stick to it or not is a different question.
This wasn’t the only update concerning ESO however. From 17th March, gamers will no longer have to pay a subscription fee to play the game. This means that current PC and Mac gamers will be able to carry on playing Elder Scrolls Online without charge, and people planning on buying the game on console when it is released, will only have a one off fee to pay.
